Refund policy

Please review the size chart, product details, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Because motorcycle helmets are safety-related products, all return and exchange requests must be reviewed and approved before items are sent back to us.

To start a return or exchange request, please contact us at cyril668899@gmail.com. Please include your order number, the reason for your request, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable.

U.S. Shipping
Cyril Helmets currently ships to supported addresses within the United States.

A standard shipping fee of $15 applies to U.S. orders under $150.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150.

Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after the order has been processed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

After review and approval, Cyril Helmets may provide a reasonable solution, which may include a refund, exchange, replacement, or return shipping support.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there is any issue, contact us at cyril668899@gmail.com and include clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or defect.


Non-Defective Items
For non-defective items, we accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

Non-defective items are eligible for exchange only. Refunds are not available for non-defective items.

We understand that helmet fit is important. Customers may try on the helmet indoors to check the size and fit. However, the helmet must remain in new, unused condition and must not be used for riding.

To be eligible for an exchange, the helmet must be unused for riding, unworn except for reasonable indoor try-on, free from scratches, scuffs, odors, sweat marks, hair products, or signs of use, and returned with all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, protective films, helmet bag, and original packaging included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Helmets that have been used for riding, crashed, dropped, damaged, scratched, altered, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for exchange.


Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

For approved size exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The replacement item will be arranged after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

If you need the replacement item quickly, the fastest option is to place a new order and contact us about the original item separately.


Return Shipping
For non-defective exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Cyril Helmets will evaluate the issue and may provide return shipping support after approval.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. Cyril Helmets is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Helmets that have been used for riding
  • Helmets that have been crashed, dropped, or impacted
  • Helmets with scratches, scuffs, stains, odors, sweat marks, hair products, or signs of wear
  • Modified or altered products
  • Items missing tags, labels, accessories, manuals, protective films, helmet bag, or original packaging
  • Items that may affect resale condition
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Final Sale or clearance items, unless defective
  • Gift cards


International Orders
Due to high international shipping costs and return handling limitations, Cyril Helmets does not currently offer returns or exchanges for orders outside the United States.

Please confirm your size, shipping address, and order details carefully before purchase.


Refunds
Refunds are only available for approved defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
