Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be slightly longer during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Area
At this time, Cyril Helmets primarily ships orders within the United States. International shipping is not currently available through our online store.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: $15 for orders under $150
  • Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $150
  • Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after the order has been processed
  • Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, and order volume

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item approved by Cyril Helmets.

Shipping Delays
We do our best to ensure timely delivery. However, delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect address information, or other unexpected logistics issues.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Cyril Helmets is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building reception, front desk, or delivery location first. If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

International Shipping
At this time, we only support online orders shipped within the United States. Due to high international shipping costs and return handling limitations, international returns and exchanges are not currently available. If international shipping becomes available in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
