Returns & Exchanges
Quality-related returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Non-defective items may be exchanged within 7 days only. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Warranty Coverage
CYRIL products include limited warranty support from the original purchase date: helmets are covered for 2 years, while accessories and electronic components are covered for 1 year. This warranty covers approved quality-related issues only and excludes impact damage, normal wear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, chemical exposure, or products purchased from unauthorized channels.
